Kickstart presented by SumnerOne is a fun and free way for kids to learn the basics of soccer across St. Louis.

At St. Louis CITY SC, we believe that soccer is for ALL!

Kickstart allows us to bring the beautiful game to kids across St. Louis. Designed for kids ages 5–12, these are monthly no-commitment, drop-in sessions. Join CITY Community Coaches for soccer education and fun in your community.

As part of our goal to make soccer more accessible, Kickstart sessions rotate between different locations around St. Louis. From Forest Park to Normandy to Affton, there’s probably a Kickstart session near you. Register for an upcoming session here.

Kickstart is an introduction to soccer for kids new to the game, but also a fun pop-up clinic for more experienced players, ranging from 5 to 12 years old, designed to keep play fun and safe for all.

Think of Kickstart as a way to kickstart a love of the game! This is all about having fun. Along the way, your kids will gain knowledge and skills to make playing even more fun next time.

CITY Community Coaches & Staff will be around to help facilitate games and organize the event. The focus will be on playing with different activities spread out around the event area.
